Despite great care in proofreading, we know of at least several “errors” in the 1^st printing of the Market Cookbook.  Here they are – so you can correct them:

 

Cabbage Deluxe – page 46

Add to ingredients: 2 t. of flour (after 2 T butter)

 

Seven Bridges Braised Short Ribs – page 56

Omit last 6 ingredients in Chimchurri Sauce (paprika through Cumin)

 

One Skillet Lasagna – page 71

Change 1/4 c ricotta cheese to 1 plus 1/4 c ricotta cheese

 

Stuffed Cabbage Casserole – page 75

Delete the last 3 ingredients (2 T butter, 1/2 c pecorino cheese, 1 c peas)

 

Dad’s Apple Cake – page 91

Change 1 T baking powder to 1 t baking powder; Change 1 T baking soda to 1 t baking soda
